Risk Management

An active risk management is essential in a company administered of high quality. Many risks exist for enterprises, but only if you are not aware of such risk you lives really dangerous. Most of the risks come into existence by human agency, but on account of this there are influenceable. The awareness of own specific risks and the measures to minimize risks is the best in preparation of dangers and problems, independent of economic risks, property risks, liability risks, product risks or personal risks.

An active risk management is not only required in GMP or GDP (AMBO-regulation for pharmaceutical plants) but is a part of every project. It is suitable to realize possible problems and to visualize dangers difficult to imagine (worst case scenario). Unpreventable residual risks should be also detected to meet the required efficiency and economy. Unidentified risks hide financial losses, which could endanger the complete project.

No matter weather you perform a small project or administer a big company, the process in risk management is the same.
